Edelzwicker 2016, dry and fruity
A harmonious blend of different varieties made by grandpa Céleste at first. It is composed of Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Muscat and Gewurztraminer. Plain or as a Kir, it is first of all a thirst-quenching dry and delicately fruity wine. It goes well with all the Alsatian cuisine and traditional dishes, like sauerkraut, vol-au-vent or fishes. May be cellared 5 years. To be savored cool, 8°. 2016 vintage - 75 cl - 12°. Also exists in 100cl at the winery.
