Pinot Noir Fût de chêne 2016

This wine is made from the Pinot Noir Prestige and has matured for 12 months in Burgundian barrels (made by François brothers with oak from Allier). It is a complex wine expressing both the fruity and spicy notes of the variety and the vanilla-flavored woody aroma of the barrel. In the mouth it has a praline nut character and a nice mellowness. It is pleasant with all dishes cooked in sauce and with game meats. May be cellared 7 years. 2016 vintage- 75 cl- 13°.
