A Pinot Gris coming from three well exposed plots. The yields are a little smaller/littler than for the Pinot Gris Tradition, which makes it a round, powerful and nicely smoked wine. Ideal at the aperitif, with starters, gourmet salads and smoked fishes like salmon or trout. May be cellared 7 years. To be savored cool, 8°. 2022 vintage – 75 cl – 13°.
