This Gewurztraminer comes from the majestic Grand Cru Zinnkoeplfé hillsides. A rare and confidential wine which results from an over-ripening of the grapes due to exceptional climatic conditions and to the botrytis cinerea. It is pure gold, a concentrate of sweetness with candied aromas of gingerbread and vanilla. May be cellared 20 year. To be savored cool, 8°C. 2015 vintage – 50 cl – 12.5°
