A Gewurztraminer coming from three small plots. Harvested at the beginning of October, it is already a little round and very perfumed and spicy. It is suited to aperitifs, desserts, strong cheeses (Munster, Roquefort, goat’s cheese), and to West Indian (Caribbean) food. May be cellared 7 years. To be savored cool, 8°. 2023 vintage – 13° – 75 cl
