Riesling lieu dit Breitenberg 2018

This Riesling has been elaborated from the grapes of two small plots on the locality. The small yield due to a short pruning and a green harvest confers it a concentrated aroma (peppery lemon). Appreciated with fishes in sauce, cream scallops and capons. It was rewarded in 2006 by a gold medal at the world competition "Concours des Rieslings du monde". To be cellared 8 years at least, to be savored cool, 8°. 2018 vintage – 75 cl – 12.5°
