Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé 2016

It is elaborated by the Klein-Brand winery since 1982 according to the traditional method (foam grip in the bottle before maturation on racks for at least two years). Made from pure Pinot Noir, its bubbles are fine and persistent. Ideal at the aperitif and beyond compare with a dessert, especially when made from red berries and chocolate, Foret Noire gateau. May be cellared 5 years. To be savored cool, 7°. 2016 vintage – 75 cl – 12°.
